Issue

Against the above background, there was an immediate requirement to appoint a full time Interim Executive with highly developed skills across warehousing, distribution and supply chain to report to the CEO. It was identified that this appointment would play a critical role in supporting the group's executive and operational team throughout the increased growth and change in demand experienced across the organisation. The business had exited their Head of Operations a few months earlier and the urgency of the requirement was compounded by the unprecedented economic backdrop (COVID-19) which the business was operating in. They needed an experienced specialist executive to provide hands on support to our client and future proof the entity.

Solution

EIM were able to quickly appoint an extremely experienced COO with a successful track record as a C-Suite executive / General Manager with experience in both a fast-paced retail and e-commerce environment as well as a distribution business.
