Issue:

The investment company quickly identified that our entrepreneurial, high-growth progressive client needed to further corporatise. On the urgent list were tasks to build out its corporate infrastructure, evolve the finance function, develop and execute a financial budget plan, plus oversee and support an imminent group audit.

Given the scale and commercial potential of the investment, there was a dire need for a seasoned interim CFO to step in, take over day-to-day BAU operations, provide hands-on operational support to the current finance and executive team, manage all major projects that were ‘in-flight’, and guide and support the CEO and the board on their growth journey,
