Bec is the Executive Assistant / Office Manager. She assists with the day to day running of the office. She recently joined EIM having spent the previous 5 years at a consulting and executive search firm - Nightingale Advisors as Office Manager. Prior to that she was at a branding and design agency - Cornwell Design, based in Melbourne. Bec is passionate about the sourcing of exceptional talent. Bec made the transition from Account Management, into the Office Management and Human Resources area upon joining Cornwell.
Bec spent 12 years in Account Management working for a variety of global communications and technology organisations.
Bec has a proven track record for building meaningful and rewarding relationships based on trust and mutual understanding.
She managed a portfolio of key clients across a wide range of industries and sectors, including financial services, pharmaceutical, food and beverages, resources, healthcare, property and retail.
