Paul is the Advisory Board Chair of Executive Interim Management (EIM), a firm providing clients with senior executives on an interim basis to meet a wide range of business challenges.
Paul is an Independent Advisor, Family Office CEO and Executive Coach with over fifteen years of board level experience. He is an expert in cultivating superb leadership, culture, and strategy, especially within complex and transformational settings.
Formerly the Chief Financial Officer of one of Australia’s largest superannuation funds, Emergency Services and State Super, and Non-Executive Director at Equipsuper, Paul has held senior positions across the property, superannuation, and higher education sectors.
As a Certified Advisory Board Chair, together with completion of Executive Education programs at Harvard Business School and GAICD, CA and MBus (Acct) qualifications, Paul is an astute sounding board to the EIM business leaders.
